Zoho Wiki's YouTube embed function is a great way to boost online collaboration as well as online training and product promotions, providing the platform to create a highly interactive intranet for your school or business.

To embed YouTube videos is so easy:

1) Create your page as normal

2) Use the widget function, accessed via the green jigsaw icon

3) When the window opens, select the YouTube video widget and enter the URL of the video you have uploaded to YouTube. (This must be done first).

4) Click the Insert button to insert the video.

5) Carry on editing your Zoho Wiki page as required.

6) Save the page as normal and view... your video will be embedded into the page!

This is a great way to implement an online training program.

For example - film your training sessions and embed them in your wiki; or use screen capture software like Camtasia or CamStudio or something similar to capture certain screen processes, then embed them in your wiki pages for self learning / trainining consolidation.
