Web Tabs allow you to link embed websites or even third party apps like Accounting or HelpDesk apps within your CRM, giving your teams a truly multi purpose portal at their disposal.
Consolidate your IT apps into one location with the Web Tab feature of Zoho CRM, for example:
Search sites - google.com - to provide the world's most powerful search engine at the fingertips of sales and support staff.
Product knowledge - yourcompanydomain.com - so sales and support staff can search products, get information or send URLs to customers.
Accounting - sites like PayPal.com or Accounting apps.
Zoho apps - Of course, you can also add other Zoho online solutions within Zoho CRM, for example a company intranet (Zoho Wiki), the company HelpDesk (Zoho Support) or the company project management solution (Zoho Projects) or HR solution (Zoho People).
Adding web tabs within Zoho CRM is simple but you do need admin rights. To do it, follow these steps:
1) Click Setup
2) Go to Tab Settings
3) Click Web tabs
4) Click Create Web Tab
5) Enter Tab Name and Link
6) Select which role(s) can view the tab

7) Save
That's it!
