Email Documents Directly to your Zoho Docs Online Document Management Solution

Zoho Docs, the online document management solution from Zoho, provides a great feature that allows you to upload documents without even logging into Zoho Docs. Save time, centralise documents, collaborate with your team.

Zoho Docs allows you to create and manage personal folders and common workspaces for your teams, providing the functions to store company documents online, share and collaborate on documents through the web, track document versions and so on.

Using the familiar and intuitive tree structure you can easily upload and share your documents online, but a cool function included in the Premium edition of Zoho Docs is the Email In function, which allows you to also send a documents via email directly to your personal folders.

A great example:

You are an accident repair assessor working for an insurance company. You go to the bodyshop and take a photo of the damage to an insured car. Using the email in function you can email the image directly into My Folders in Zoho Docs!
