We were asked on the CRM Asia Solutions online Chat line the other day what Zoho Docs is and what can business people do with it.

Zoho Docs is online document management application where you can store files online, securely in a centralised location and provides a platform to access documents from anywhere, online. Zoho Docs can be your the homepage for all your documents, spreadsheets, presentations, pictures, music, videos, indeed all your online collateral.

With Zoho Reports you can develop highly effective business reports. For example, monthly profit and loss financial reports, or perhaps after sales productivity and customer satisfaction reports. Zoho Reports allows you to work more efficiently by streamlining your reporting channels to distribute these reports to the people who need them, based on their hierarchy in the organisation. And it does this without the need for creating separate reports.

Zoho released their latest user interface just over a month ago and are about to say farewell to the old UI permanently on 6th Feb 2012.
