| No. Zoho CRM is not open source like vTiger or other open source apps. It is a ‘software as a service’ application and infrastructure, hardware and software is rented for as long as you choose to subscribe. It is the copyrighted and protected property of Zoho. You can however customise Zoho CRM to a very high degree via the admin functions due to it’s highly flexible design and you can also request features via the Zoho forum, which are released on a regular basis for you and all other Zoho CRM users throughout the year, free of charge. |

| Currently, there is only the function for one currency in Zoho CRM, however you can select the currency you require using the currency locale feature in the admin section. |

| What’s the role of CRM Asia Solutions within Zoho? |

| It is important to understand our sphere of control within Zoho so that progress and closure of a CRM Implementation project is not delayed by tasks that CRM Asia Solutions do not control.
We are an Alliance Partner of Zoho and have a strong relationship with them, but we do not code their software and do not have any direct say in management of enhancements, patches or release schedules. As an Alliance Partner we can assist in support ticket resolution (speeding up resolution time, assisting in communication etc). We can also suggest new features on your behalf. Software patches and enhancements however are done by the Zoho Development Support teams and are released according to their own schedule.
NOTE: Zoho-related issues found during and after the implementation project are all resolved free of charge, but are considered as separate to the implementation project itself as they are beyond our control.

| If I find a bug in Zoho, are CRM Asia Solutions responsible for fixing it? |

| No. We are an Alliance Partner of Zoho and will assist in communication and tracking of any bugs that are found during or after a CRM Implementation project, however we do not have any say in the techniques used by Zoho to fix issues or in their patch release schedule and bugs (which are rare) are considered as separate to the CRM Implementation projects and are fixed independently by the Zoho team. |

| A software bug is an error, flaw, mistake, failure, or fault in a computer program that prevents it from behaving as intended. A required or nice-to-have feature, or misuse or lack of knowledge of the functions of the system does not constitute a ‘bug’.
