Azure Designs is a small independent business run by a British designer based in South East Asia. They have done numerous print and web designs for various small-medium businesses in the region.

Challenge

The company was growing to the point where they needed a structured yet inexpensive means to manage their sales projects.

They approached us to assist in implementing a CRM solution to help the small sales team manage and close opportunities, structure the immature sales process & improve client communications, as well as providing more visibility into the sale pipeline for the Managing Director.

Result

Azure Design’s fragmented approach to sales processes were replaced by a more effective method using stages in the sales cycle. This provided focused visibility for the Managing Director to the sales pipeline, and in particular which opportunities were moving, and which were static.

With this information available, more emphasis was placed on potential deals that were about to sign, and less on leads that were not progressing. The result was not only increased sales, but the existing sales staff were able to manage the increased number of leads resulting from the company’s growth.
