This large, ongoing CRM implementation project involved multiple departments: Sales, Marketing and Customer Support. Key elements were business process analysis, customizing the CRM to match complex business processes, creation of Sales, Marketing and Support dashboards, detailed management reports and integration with ERP systems.

In addition we assisted the teams with training, Business English courses, improving customer relationship management skills and internal corporate processes and communications and copywriting of Marketing materials.

We also consulted on the complete redesign of the Mahaphant website, including writing website content, keyword analysis, SEO, search engine marketing and oversaw the development process throughout.
