How can I use the Contact Us form on my website to capture more enquiries from potential customers and convert them into sales? 

To encourage people to sumbit their information, make the website form as easy as possible to fill out, keep the number of required fields to a minimum.  You could include a Live Sales Chat feature on your website which could be used by a potential customer to get more information and by your Sales team to persuade that potential to submit their information. 

To capture this information in a central database, you need to use a CRM and implement 'web-to-lead' functionality which will automatically put the lead information from your website into your CRM. Train your Sales team to enter phone leads into the CRM as they arrive. Channel leads to your website so they complete the Contact form and your own business admin is kept to a minimum.

Finally, you should implement CRM workflow, which will automatically i) respond to the lead, ii) assign the lead to the right sales person iii) notify the sales person and iv) provide preset sales templates, saving time and admin during the sales process.
