Solution #1 - Online Business Portal, Email and Legal Document Management

Legal teams can use our Business Portal and Document Manager solution which includes Zoho Mail and Zoho Docs to allow teams of lawyers to collaborate on customer meetings, legal appointments and so on. They can also upload, share and collaborate on documents, contracts, images and any other  documentation applicable to law firm processes from the 'Documents' tab we set up as part of the solution.

Our basic online business solution for legal teams and law firms includes an online IT portal and web based document management tool from Zoho.

Zoho Mail and Zoho Docs provides your legal teams with a unique portal link (URL), which will consolidate your basic business collaboration apps and allow team members to login using a single ID, see a collaborative calendar as well as collaborative task list. This helps your lawyers to keep up to date on client meetings and personal/team events as well as team tasks, task status and more.

An optional feature of this solution is to also implement Zoho Mail's email module and let Zoho handle all of your corporate email, along with powerful email functionality that your teams will find familiar and easy to use.

Each portal member will also have the ability to add personal notes via the Notes tab, and can set up categories and keep personal notes online, accessible anywhere at any time.
