BQ Bridal (www.bqbridal.com) is a small, family run business based in Bangkok Thailand. They manufacture and sell custom made wedding dresses and associated wedding attire. They needed a cost effective CRM to manage website and phone enquiries, which would not require any training for the business owners. Challenge BQ Bridal wanted to attract an international audience to their products the company needed inexpensive web design with basic Search Engine Marketing, and a means to manage and leverage customer enquiries that came through their website.
