Zoho CRM is not open source like vTiger or other open source apps. It is a ‘software as a service’ application and infrastructure, hardware and software is rented for as long as you choose to subscribe.

It is the copyrighted and protected property of Zoho.

You can however customise Zoho CRM to a very high degree via the admin functions due to it’s highly flexible design and you can also request features to us or via the Zoho forum, which are released on a regular basis for you and all other Zoho CRM users throughout the year, free of charge.
