Zoho CRM Implementation and Email Marketing UK - Masterpart

Masterpart UK sells spare parts for household electronic items such as washing machines, refrigerators and vacuum cleaners. An easy to use customer relationship management (CRM) application was required to be deployed. The CRM was to be sophisticated, on demand, without the need for hardware or software and function rich; and, at the same time, offer affordable licensing plans, low cost customization support and a short training program.

The general challenge was to quickly and inexpensively replace outdated contact and sales management systems, without employing or contracting I.T. consultants. Masterpart required automated workflows to speed up account registration either through the company’s website or email campaigns.

Customer responses were required to be improved through a centralized customer, products and price list database. At the same time there was a need to reduce sales administration so that sales teams could spend more time with their customers.

At the same time a 360-degree view was needed for company accounts and contacts, and a sixteen thousand spare parts database, including pricing sheets and technical information.

Masterpart also wanted to introduce proactive email and telesales sales and marketing campaigns and integrate the campaigns, again through the use of automated workflows, to a sales opportunity tracking management application.

At Masterpart there was no centralized collaboration calendar for sales meetings, marketing campaigns, and other vital sales and marketing activities
