Eurail.Com is a fast growing eCommerce company which sells rail passes online. Its ambition is to convince the planet and beyond that their passes are the best way to tour Europe. Eurail.Com's headquarters is located in Utrecht, the Netherlands. Their service centers are located in North America and Europe. Eurail.Com's products are managed by the Eurail Group, a co-operation between 30 European railway companies and shipping lines. They needed a system that allowed data mining, data synchronisation, secure data access and ability to distribute reports via the web.
With the work force distributed in Europe & the USA, Eurail.Com wanted to provide easy, quick, uncomplicated and centralized data access for their sales and marketing team. Also, Eurail.Com wanted to improve its sales forecasts and needed reporting accuracy. Increased employee productivity by reducing manual tasks was also desired.
