Bizit Systems Pte Ltd was established in 1991, and since then has successfully expanded throughout the Asia Pacific region specializing in sophisticated IT solutions for industrial production.
The objective for this training project was to quickly provide the Bizit Systems team in Singapore and Malaysia with Intermediate level Zoho CRM training.
This meant that we had to design the course to Bizit Systems' precise requirements based on Zoho CRM concepts and also highly functional details of the system.
In order to quickly move from a conceptual overview for management, sales and administration to detailed Zoho CRM functionality, the training material had to be visual, and needed to relate to Bizit Systems' organization and business operation in order to get the most benefits out of Zoho CRM
There was a need to quickly understand Bizit Systems' operation and requirements, and also to rapidly set up the training schedule, so this meant that all implementation and training activities had to be carefully managed using the Zoho Projects application.
The online visual presentation application used was Zoho Show and the online virtual meetings between CRM Asia Solutions and locations in Singapore and Malaysia were controlled using Zoho Meeting.
Number of Participants
There were a total of four participants based in both Malaysia and Singapore.
Bizit Systems had selected CRM Asia Solutions' Zoho CRM Rapid Implementation Package so we based our established Zoho CRM training materials to match the Bizit Systems' requirements and then used a mix of Zoho online business tools to deliver the course and share the training materials with the course attendees based both in Singapore and Malaysia.
Having discussed all project matters using the powerful online project management tool from Zoho, Zoho Projects, with the Bizit Systems' management team, the course session dates and times were established in advance to cater for the time difference, and they were then tracked using our own online Zoho CRM tool. All project tasks were tracked so that all online training sessions, attendees, and notes were successfully managed.
When the training had been completed we then provided the Bizit Systems staff with one day of Zoho CRM consultancy in order to get quickly up to speed using Zoho CRM.

After completion of the online Zoho CRM training course and consultancy, Bizit Systems staff immediately started to use Zoho CRM in order to manage all of their sales processes from initial contact through to the sale, and to also better manage their regularly held training courses.
