Hey there! I'm Doug.
I started my construction business from nothing. My job involves scoping potential building projects, documenting requirements and even sketching quick building designs, as well as managing outgoing quotations and incoming payments for invoices. I also need to track expenses really carefully because my business requires building materials to be built into the project cost which are tax deductible and therefore need to be logged carefully.
When I started my business I didn't use any kind of business software except WhatsApp and Excel. After a while though it became too difficult to manage more and more customers and also my customers complained that they didn't have accurate quotations they could refer to; or agreed building plans that could be shared online. That's when I moved into a 21st century solution for my business.
Even though I still work on building sites all around the country, my team use Zoho business software to track their progress, log issues and place materials orders. I can also send quotations and invoices to customers quickly and easily from the customer's building sites using my phone.

Sawat dee kha! My name is Claudia.
I am the CEO of a company in the tourism sector that manages bookings for tourists to take part in various activities. We have several people in our sales branches as well as a marketing team who make use of Zoho CRM and Zoho Campaigns. Customers make bookings using Zoho Bookings and we have a customer support department who help in the after-sales process using Zoho Desk.
As part of my role I need to be able to understand what's happening in all areas of the business at any point in time, which means being able to consolidate information from several different business software apps.
We use Zoho Analytics for this. I love getting reports from my team that are accurate and up to date, and being able to drill down on the data in real time. Zoho Analytics is great because it consolidates several Zoho apps at the same time - these are other Zoho apps that we use for different teams for different purposes.
I can get meaningful reports on a weekly or daily basis and they're displayed in modern looking dashboards with charts and graphs that I can view on my mobile device or desktop computer. I can share this with the company shareholders as well to keep them informed of company performance.

Hi, I'm James.
I'm a sales manager and I manage sales for a large manufacturing and distribution company, which has about 500 employees and the sales team of 40 people. My job involves tracking the team sales activities and reporting on sales pipelines to senior management on a weekly basis along with projected sales values and sales activities done to date. I also need to work closely with the marketing team to coincide our companies' marketing activities with effective sales follow-up strategies and automated processes to make the sales process as efficient as possible.
We used to do this using Excel files and email communications only, but we found it hard to expand beyond two or three sales people without everything getting too complicated. Also, it became impossible to get real time information to report to management. That's when we moved to Zoho CRM.
We enjoy improving our sales process and often hold regular sales improvement meetings in order to try to automate communications with other teams such as marketing and accounts. Our team also help the marketing team when doing mass communications with our leads and customers, notifying them of new products and sales deals and then following up whenever we get inquiries. We use a variety of Zoho apps to do this, which has allowed our team to expand rapidly.

Hello! My name's Laura.
I'm the HR manager for a huge multinational company. As part of my role I need to manage a team of 28 HR staff as well as track and manage information on over 3000 employees. In addition, I need to manage the recruitment process for the whole company and oversee the recruitment of hundreds of employees each year, for a huge variety of different job types, including placement of job ads on the website and receipts of resumes from interested people, matching them to the job positions and tracking interviews. Without any kind of business solution to do this it would be incredibly difficult - so we use Zoho People and Zoho Recruit.
Now we can maintain all the open jobs that are being advertised on our website from one central business app and then track all of the applicants to that position until someone gets selected. We can also try to match internal staff to upcoming positions by tracking their skills, training and experience, which has been great for reducing HR costs.
As well as that, we also cover in-house training programs and used to use standard Microsoft tools for this, but it became impossible to scale up as the company grew, so we use Zoho LMS for all of our training needs in the company.
Now I can keep track of how everyone is doing, and work on specific kinds of training for huge numbers of employees around the world without breaking a sweat. It's great!
