Zoho CRM

Zoho CRM is a fantastic flexible CRM software solution that can be scaled with your business as it grows. 

I'm an expert in numerous different CRM software Solutions and Zoho beats them all in terms of the type of functions you get for the license price that you pay. We use 'Zoho One', which includes the full suite of Zoho apps, all of which utilise the Enterprise license features. 

We use Zoho CRM to manage the data of all of the companies we interact with on a daily basis: such as leads, prospects, customers, materials suppliers who supply us with our raw materials as part of our manufacturing process, even competitors for competition analysis buy our Marketing Team.

All of our internal Sales Team task management, meetings and even emails are tracked in Zoho CRM using the Office 365 integration, so it's a really good single system for the sales and marketing guys.

Our support team use Zoho Desk for supporting our customers, which provides on online portal and self help features for customers to login to and track their support tickets; and Zoho Desk also integrates seamlessly to Zoho CRM so we can see at a glance all of the client tickets under the Account in Zoho CRM. This allows Sales Teams to be aware of any outstanding complaints by customers whenever they approach them as part of their daily sales processes.

As part of the distribution side of the business our Distribution Teams use Zoho CRM to log potential leads who may be interested in working as outlets for our products. They log potential distribution channels and resulting orders to those companies plus information such as sales visits, estimated revenue per quarter and actual sales. We also use it for goe tracking so sales people check in to locations they visit whenever they have a meeting, using the mobile Zoho CRM app.

Zoho Campaigns

The Marketing Team use Zoho Campaigns email marketing software to send regular email campaigns to customers to help promote new products or price discounts and send technical information about the products to all of the distributors. Zoho campaigns is linked to our Zoho CRM portal, where all of the data syncs across seamlessly so the marketing team can easily segment their target data into region or distributor type or any other type of metric for more focused email Marketing campaigns.

Zoho Inventory 

For all of our inventory needs, Zoho Inventory allows us to manage stock, automatically update stock levels, track shipments, receive alerts on low stock levels, print shipping labels and much more. 


And due to its integration with other Zoho apps, Zoho Inventory allows you to manage stock and Zoho CRM provides you with the sales insights for selling it to your target audience.


Zoho Inventory also integrates to key shipping apps too like FedEx etc,, so, after our Sales Team register their pipelines and track sales using Zoho CRM, products are shipped out and we know the status of every one of our shipments in one place. This allows us to track inventory from the stock keeping and inventory management part of the lifecycle to shipping and delivery to the customer.


Zoho inventory allows our team to quickly understand the stock levels of all of our products as well as the shipment status of deliveries of products to distributors. Zoho Inventory integrates with Zoho Books, which is the accounting app from Zoho, and this means we can automatically link orders and payments with inventory management and shipping.

Zoho Books

Zoho Books is used for quotations, invoices and payment tracking as well as staff expense management and tax reporting. It also uses the Vendors module in our CRM to keep track of all of the vendors we work with to track bills and and payments. Zoho Books does it all. And the best part is it integrates to Zoho Inventory to give us a complete end-to-end inventory and accounting solution.

Zoho Desk

For all of our customer support needs, including an online support desk for customers to log into and submit help tickets as well as refer to knowledge base articles. 


This has helped us greatly to reduce support resolution times and also the number of support tickets, as customers can login to their support portal and search for help articles themselves and track support tickets more effectively. It even integrates to a dedicated support email address in case customers prefer to send an email. 


This helps our bottom line as our support agents are able to do more with fewer staff, increasing efficiency versus cost for the Customer Support department.


Another interesting feature is that Zoho Desk allows customers to search the knowledge base articles in order to find answers to their questions which has greatly reduced our agent support time answering mundane tickets or repetitive questions. And Zoho Desk integrates to Zoho CRM so our salespeople are able to see which customers have open outstanding tickets before they approach them for more distribution sales.

Zoho Analytics

For advanced reporting and charting functionality using the data from Zoho CRM in real time.  This gives our management an online real-time view of the company's performance at any given point in time as well as the predicted income revenue.

Zoho Creator

We have a couple of custom-made webforms that we built using Zoho Creator that we use to accept orders from our distributors in a structured format rather than by email, which often resulted in missing information which wasted our team a lot of time following up, trying to get all of the information they need in order to create an order. These web forms can be integrated to Zoho CRM so the incoming order can be associated with the Customer Account.
